Planit is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver high-quality EUC and desktop support across client sites in Queensland.
You will troubleshoot incidents, support Windows environments, and image hardware as needed, with a focus on timely resolutions.The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, SCCM, and ITIL practices, and involves in office work 3 days per week at Southport locations.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
