The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd seeks dedicated aged care workers to provide compassionate in-home support to Elders in South East Queensland.
You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, transport and social activities in line with individual care plans.Successful candidates will hold a current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD), a valid First Aid/CPR, and a National Police Check.
Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is valued.
