Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Match Day Gate Staff to join our team at Endeavour Park.
This role is vital to delivering a safe, welcoming and seamless experience for all patrons attending match days.As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a positive atmosphere while ensuring efficient entry and exit processes.
If you thrive in a fast-past environment and enjoy working with the community, we'd love to hear from you.Manage entry and exit points, ensuring safe and productive access for patronsProcess entry payments using EFTPOS and handle cash transactions accuratelySight and verity digital passes via the Squadi application, resolving any discrepanciesConduct basic security checks in line with venue proceduresManage pass-outs and re-entry processesProvide clear information and assistance to patrons responding to questions professionallyCommunicate effectively with match day staff via two-way radio,



including security and event management itemsAssist with crowd control and emergency response procedures when requiredDeliver exceptional customer service at all timesEnsure all patrons feel welcome and valued at Endeavour ParkWorking RelationshipsYou will work closely with:Region Manager - Far North & GulfOfficer - Community EngagementRegional Coaching & Development OfficerCommunity Clubs and CoachesSecurity and Event Management teamsWhy Join Us?
