Thommo's Hotel Cobden is seeking General Hospitality Staff to join team in a full time position.
Based in Cobden VIC ****, this role is central to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and patrons.
As a part of the general hospitality staff team, you will be responsible for serving the bar, running orders from the kitchen and maintaining the accommodation rooms upstairs.
This position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic hospitality environment whilst contributing to the reputation and success of our establishment.What we're looking forA willingness to be part of a teamCleaning and making up of accommodation rooms up-stairsProven experience working as a bartender in a busy hospitality environment, preferably in a hotel, pub or restaurant settingStrong knowledge behind the bar work, hygiene and sanitation standards, including working knowledge of relevant legislationExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressureAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also taking initiative independentlyAbility to work around the establishment, such as transporting food from the kitchen to the correct tableStrong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeFlexibility with working hours,
