This position is ideal for a hospitality qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional problem-solving abilities, and can confidently oversee gaming operations while delivering outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all overnight gaming room operationsEnsure compliance with Victorian gaming, liquor, and responsible gambling legislationDeliver exceptional customer service and build positive guest relationshipsLead, mentor, nurture, and support team members to achieve individual and venue goalsFoster a positive team culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementMonitor gaming floor activity and assist patrons with gaming machine enquiriesPerform gaming, cash, and operational auditsConduct security and venue compliance checksHandle large cash transactions accurately and professionallyBalance tills, process payouts, and maintain cash control proceduresPrepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirementsMaintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levelsPromote venue memberships, loyalty programs, and current promotionsRespond effectively to customer concerns, incidents, and operational challengesAbout YouMinimum 2 years' experience in a Gaming Supervisor or similar leadership role within a hotel, club,
