As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will work alongside our dental professionals to provide a welcoming, efficient, and skilled service.Key responsibilitiesGreeting patients, managing appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate patient recordsAssisting dentists during clinical procedures by preparing treatment areas and sterilising instrumentsTaking and processing patient payments and handling billing enquiriesAnswering telephone calls and managing patient communications professionallyMaintaining confidentiality and complying with all relevant healthcare regulations and data protection standardsPreparing dental materials and equipment for proceduresManaging the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organised and welcomingAssisting with administrative duties including ordering supplies and maintaining inventorySupporting the practice team to ensure quality patient care and positive patient experiencesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working as a dental assistant or in a similar clinical support role is preferredExperience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients,
