Casual Golf AttendantFreeway Golf Course | Balwyn North, VICGreenSpace Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Golf Attendant to join our team at Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North.We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoys working in a team environment.
This is a hands-on role involving customer service, golf operations, food and beverage service and general facility maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.Food and beverages operations.Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.Support golf events,



competitions and group bookings.Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.Essential RequirementsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid certificate.Current CPR certification.Robust communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.DesirablePrevious experience in golf, hospitality or retail.An interest in golf or knowledge of the game.Experience using point-of-sale and booking systems.Only applicants shortlisted for the next stage of recruitment will be contacted.
