What you will do?
Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Conduct
temperature and quality checks
,
effectively managing cross-contamination
to e
nsure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
Support kitchen
team members
in
establishing
and sustaining an
organised
and efficient workspace
Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management,
operating
a commercial dishwasher,



and handling cleaning chemicals
Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment,
showcasing
excellent food presentation skills
More about you
Previous
experience as a Kitchen Hand or sandwhich hand
Food Safety Certificate
Demonstrated
passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work Friday & Sunday 4:30am - 12:30pm.
