Hunter River Trees is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys meeting clients, understanding what needs to be done and following every opportunity through to a clear outcome.
Based at Harpers Hill, we service the Hunter Region and are known for being Local.

This is a field-focused sales and quoting role.
You will visit residential and commercial sites, listen to clients, scope their tree work, prepare clear quotes and follow up until they have a decision.
You will manage your pipeline and work closely with our operations team so the work you sell can be delivered well.
What you will do
Respond to enquiries and arrange site visits across the Hunter Region.
Meet clients and gather the information needed for accurate quotes.
Prepare and present quotes, then follow up in a timely and respectful way.
Keep your sales pipeline and customer records current.
Build relationships with residential,



commercial and other local clients.
Coordinate job scope and handover with the operations team.
What we are looking for
Experience in sales, quoting or customer-facing field work.
Confidence with numbers, written quotes and managing multiple opportunities.
Clear communication, solid follow-through and a professional manner on site.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Hunter Region.
Experience in arboriculture, trades, landscaping, construction or related services is valued, but strong sales skills matter most.
