The operation continues to expand underground, with several mining areas successfully transitioning from development into production.Catalyst is committed to building a sustainable, long-life gold business, underpinned by disciplined technical planning, operational excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement.Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: CYL), Catalyst Metals is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from people who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.The RoleAs Catalyst Metals continues to grow and expand its operations, exciting opportunities have become available within our Processing team.Reporting to the Process Supervisor and working an 8:6 / 7:7 roster, the Process Technician is responsible for safely operating and optimising key areas of the processing plant, including Crushing, Milling, Leaching (CIL), Control Room and Elution, to maximise plant performance and gold recovery.Working closely with the Maintenance and Laboratory teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the processing plant.

Milling and Elution circuitsConduct operational inspections and report plant issues and process variancesWork closely with Maintenance to support plant reliability and planned maintenance activitiesComplete operational reporting and effective shift handoversFollow daily instructions from the Process SupervisorMaintain housekeeping standards across designated plant areasEnsure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and systemsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in a similar processing role, Elution and Control room highly regardedCurrent LF High Risk LicenceCurrent WA C Class Driver's LicenceExperience in gold processing plant operationsGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong commitment to workplace safetyBenefitsWhy Catalyst?
