This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys finding great people, building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to make better hiring decisions.You will work closely with our Domain Leads and Founders to recruit exceptional technology professionals across our growing business, with a particular focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, Data & AI, Cloud and consulting.What you will doOwn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding handoverPartner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define role briefs and agree effective recruitment strategiesProactively source, engage and build relationships with passive technology candidatesBuild and maintain talent pipelines across current and future hiring needsRecruit across technical domains including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI and CloudConduct structured interviews and capability assessments while delivering an exceptional candidate experienceWhat you'll bringStrong experience recruiting technical, IT or technology rolesDemonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidatesExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsAbility to manage multiple searches across different technical domainsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised,
