This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officersOversee security operations across multiple sitesManage client relationships and key stakeholdersMonitor performance, standards and service deliveryRespond to incidents and operational issuesConduct site visits, audits and inspectionsAssess site risks and address security gapsCoach, support and develop security personnelEnsure compliance with security procedures and client requirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Security Manager,



Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experienceStrong communication and client management skillsSound knowledge of security operations and proceduresMust be an Australia CitizenCurrent Australian security licenceCurrent Australian driver's licenceSecurity clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)What's In It For You?
