We're looking for a Plant Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for coordinating and allocating our plant, equipment, operators and subcontractors to keep jobs running efficiently.This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll work closely with our managers, operators, clients and the Managing Director to make sure the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.What You'll Be DoingManaging and allocating company plant and equipment, including low loaders and watercartsCoordinating operators and staff according to changing operational demandsScheduling jobs, subcontractors and equipmentWorking closely with managers and supervisors to meet company targets and client expectationsMaintain plant allocation job sheetsProcessing employee timesheets and ensuring jobs are correctly invoicedCoordinating vehicle and machine availability for routine maintenanceMonitoring driver rosters and hours to support fatigue managementEnsuring drivers have appropriate rest and that planned activities align with actual workHelping maintain a strong focus on safety,
