not as a single-property Hotel Manager role.
You will own the group's accommodation performance across the hotel assets, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rooms labour, housekeeping productivity, front‐office standards, guest reputation, channel discipline, compliance, systems accuracy and weekly director reporting.Responsibilities:The role covers accommodation operations across HHL hotel assets only, including:Rooms revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and channel mix.Front office, reservations, guest communication and check‐in standards.Housekeeping productivity, quality control and room readiness.PMS, OTA, direct booking, revenue and reporting discipline.Accommodation labour control, rostering and productivity.Accommodation compliance and guest‐risk controls relevant to accommodation.Accommodation maintenance escalation and capex risk reporting.Compliance and guest‐risk controls relevant to accommodation.Venue manager support and accountability on accommodation matters where rooms sit inside mixed‐use venues.Weekly reporting to leadership and
