In this seven-month contract, you'll work closely with the People & Culture Director to support leaders and employees across Australia and New Zealand.
As the key People & Culture contact during a parental leave period, you'll take ownership of a broad generalist remit spanning business partnering, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and people initiatives, helping keep the ANZ People & Culture function running smoothly.What you will doSupport recruitment from start to finish, including working with hiring managers, coordinating offers and contracts, and running onboardingManage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, grievances, investigations and organisational changeAdvise leaders on Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, contracts and policyPartner with Payroll on Award interpretation, wage reviews, audits and complianceMaintain accurate employee data and audit-ready policies, templates and recordsSupport WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work processesDeliver regional and global People & Culture initiatives locallyWhat you will bringSignificant HR generalist experience as a Senior HR Advisor,



HR Business Partner or People & Culture ManagerStrong employee relations experience, including investigations and complex case managementSolid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and the Fair Work frameworkProvide additional People & Culture support during the implementation of Dayforce and transition to a new HRIS, helping ensure business-as-usual operations continue seamlesslyExperience partnering with Payroll on employee data or complianceIt will help if you havePayroll compliance, wage review or audit experienceEnterprise agreement or EBA experienceExposure to Recent Zealand employment legislationExperience in a multi-brand, travel, hospitality or service environmentThis role suits you if you areComposed, practical and discreet, with sound judgement.
