Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality nursing care within scope of practiceSupport residents' independence, dignity and overall wellbeingAssist with assessments, care planning and ongoing monitoringAdminister medications and treatments as delegatedMonitor and report changes in clinical conditionMaintain accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with RNs, PCAs,
