The fully AGPAL-accredited practice is home to eight GPs and an experienced team of nurses and reception staff, providing a supportive environment focused on high-quality, patient-centred care.This is an opportunity to take ownership of practice operations, develop people and contribute to the continued success of an established medical practice.About the roleAs Practice Manager, you will be the key operational contact for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring the practice runs efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, team culture and business performance.You will be responsible for:Leading, coaching and supporting reception, nursing and administration teamsLeading by example and contributing to the reception roster, including patient bookings,



front-of-house enquiries and daily clinic flowCoordinating team members and resources to support smooth daily operationsWorking closely with GPs and key stakeholders to implement best practiceActing as the escalation point for complex issues and identifying practical solutionsManaging rostering, resourcing, accreditation, service delivery and operational requirementsSupporting financial and business performance, including budgeting and monitoring clinic outcomesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and patient experienceBuilding a positive, collaborative and accountable team cultureYou will also have the opportunity to connect with Practice Managers across the wider Better Medical network, share knowledge and contribute to broader business objectives.About youThis role would suit an experienced Practice Manager, Senior Medical Receptionist or emerging leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.We're looking for someone who:Leads by example and brings a positive, can-do attitudeHas strong communication and people-management skillsCan confidently manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environmentIs solutions-focused, reliable and accountableBuilds positive relationships with doctors, patients and team membersEnjoys developing people and creating a supportive team cultureIs committed to continuous improvement and quality primary healthcareHas strong organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience with Best Practice, HotDoc and PRODA will be highly regarded.About Medi7 St Kilda RoadMedi7 St Kilda Road has been providing healthcare to the local community for more than 20 years,
