This is not a traditional project delivery role.
You will be delivering coaching, and not delivering projects for them
Clients range in size up to tens of millions in turnover and are mostly in the Residential space
Initially consideringNewcastle or Sydney based candidates
What You'll Be Doing
Coaching and mentoring Construction PMs/ business owners via mostly online sessions, group and individual, as well as helping hold them accountable for their growth plansSharing practical, real-world project management expertise and guidanceReviewing project challenges and helping clients find solutionsDelivering coaching sessions, workshops and training content alongside your colleagues in this businessHelping PMs improve project profitability, communication and performanceContributing to the coaching frameworks and programs available
What my client is looking For
You must have genuine end-to-end Construction Project Management / Site Management experience.
They're looking for someone who has personally managed projects through all key phases, including:




Tender and bid supportPlanning and procurementContract administrationBudget and cost managementProgramme managementStakeholder and client managementDelivery and construction phasesDefects and project handoverCommercial and financial accountability
