We're working with a well-established construction company delivering high-quality commercial new build projects and specialist fit-outs across South East Queensland.With a strong focus on safety, quality and collaboration, the business has built a solid reputation for delivering technically demanding projects and maintaining long-term relationships with its clients.We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects.About The RoleWe are looking to identify an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee projects across the commercial construction and specialist fit-out sectors.You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.The role will involve coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing site personnel, maintaining robust WHS standards and working closely with Project Managers, clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.Experience across medical, healthcare or hospital fit-outs will be highly regarded, particularly for candidates familiar with the additional compliance, staging and operational requirements associated with live environments.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specificationsCoordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel, including scheduling and performance managementDrive a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks, inductions, inspections and regular safety auditsLiaise effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants and relevant authoritiesMonitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes,
