Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care AssistantsCompleting clinical assessments and individualised care planningMedication management and wound careMonitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needsMaintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control requirementsWorking closely with families and allied health professionalsContributing to continuous improvement and quality initiativesAbout You To be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseFull working rightsCompleted Bachelor of NursingCurrent National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneStrong clinical assessment and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred aged carePlease note visa sponsorship will only be considered for candidates who hold a current work visa, are on shore, with significant experience working in Residential Aged Care in Australia.
