As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in our success by leading and managing all aspects of our HR operations.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging work culture and driving the growth and development of our employees.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesOversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experienceCreate and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsAct as a mediator for conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations issuesConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees and managersManage compensation and benefits programs,
