We are working with an established fire protection business with a strong reputation across the commercial sector and a growing service division.
They are looking to appoint an experienced Fire Service Manager to take ownership of the service operation and play a key role in its continued growth.
This is a hands‐on management and commercial position suited to someone who enjoys having autonomy, building client relationships and being responsible for the overall performance of a service division.
The Role
Take ownership of the day-to-day service operationManage existing commercial service clients and contractsOversee service delivery, testing, defects and client requirementsSupport and manage the existing service teamBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accountsDevelop new business and bring current clients into the businessImprove processes and structure as the division continues to growWork closely with the wider business to ensure effective service deliveryTake responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the division
About You




Strong fire protection / commercial fire services backgroundExperience managing service operations, contracts or teamsStrong client management and commercial skillsBusiness development or account management experienceConfident identifying and securing new businessStrong communication and leadership skillsAble to work autonomously and take ownership
Previous Service Manager experience isn't essential — we're looking for someone with the fire industry knowledge, commercial mindset and leadership ability to grow a service division.
Location & Working Arrangements
Based on the Central Coast, covering the wider region.
Flexible working arrangements are available, however regular visibility with the team and clients is important.
