your responsibilities may include:Completing clinical assessments and updating care plansAdministering and managing medications safelyRecognising deterioration and escalating concerns promptlySupporting residents living with dementia and those receiving palliative careProviding clinical guidance and clear handovers to the care teamDocumenting care and contributing to quality improvementWhat you will bringCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAStrong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skillsA commitment to residents' rights, preferences and dignityConfidence working with and supporting a multidisciplinary care teamAn understanding of safe clinical practice in residential aged careResidential aged care experience is valued.
