The opportunityReporting to the HR Manager and working closely with a team-oriented HR team, you will provide key operational and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
Acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, you'll deliver timely HR advice and support across a broad range of people matters.
This varied role will see you involved in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance and employee relations processes, while also contributing to broader HR projects and initiatives.
Selection criteriaTertiary HR qualifications, supported by proven experience in a generalist HR administration or coordination roleHands-on experience across recruitment, selection, onboarding,
