About the facility: This Disability Accommodation Service near Helensvale, QLD, provides high quality 24/7 support and care to 12 participants with Complex High Support Needs and significant physical impairments.
About the role:This Part Time chance (2 or 3 days per week) as the Clinical Nurse - you will be provide support and leadership to the team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Disability Support Workers.
You will be providing compassionate, ethical and comprehensive direct care to the participants including ongoing case management and review of care needs.
Duties:Educate and mentor the clinical staff and teamSupporting the service Manager - assist with leading, supervision and developing of staff, helping them to understand the importance of best practice in the supporting of residents with all aspects of daily livingAssess residents' care needs,
