Your ability to listen, build trust, educate, and guide them towards the right solution will be central to your success.You'll combine strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset,



helping customers find products and services that improve their sleep while contributing to clinic performance and growth.You WillDeliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phoneWelcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutionsSupport customers throughout their therapy journey through education and ongoing coachingBuild strong relationships that encourage long-term therapy successAchieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagementFit customers with masks and equipment following trainingProcess sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accuratelyMaintain high standards of store presentation and merchandisingAssist with stock management and inventory controlManage and maintain trial equipment used by customersComplete product training and stay up to date on Resmed's products and servicesContribute to a positive team culture and the continued success of the clinicAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines empathy with commercial confidence.You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine relationships, have a natural curiosity about people, and are motivated by helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes while delivering strong business results.You'll bring:Retail, customer service,
