We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting prospect to contribute to patient outcomes through the provision of professional services and expert medication advice in a supportive and collaborative environment.The Role:Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and a skilled team of health professionals, you will provide forward-facing support to patients, offer expert medication advice, and actively participate in the delivery of routine and advanced pharmacy professional services.Key Responsibilities:Dispense prescription medications and check work completed by others for accuracyProvide counselling on medications and health productsDeliver routine and advanced professional services (e.g. meds checks, vaccinations, sleep apnoea, wound care)Support dispensary workflow and assist with stock management and PBS processingOffer expert advice to customers and liaise with other healthcare providersTrain and mentor interns, pharmacy assistants, and dispensary techniciansContribute to reporting, compliance activities,
