You'll remain close to the technology, providing technical leadership while helping the team successfully deliver a broad range of projects, enhancements and integrations.Working alongside senior technology leaders, you will be responsible for driving delivery, improving engineering practices and ensuring business-critical systems continue to evolve in line with organisational priorities.Key responsibilities include:Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, testers and integration specialistsDriving agile delivery, sprint planning and roadmap executionRemaining hands-on with architecture reviews, technical problem solving and code qualityOwning delivery across web,
