As a People Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting our frontline operations and leaders to deliver great people outcomes in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.Partnering closely with operational leaders, you'll provide trusted HR advice, manage complex employee relations matters, support business transformation initiatives, and help drive a positive employee experience across a large, unionised workforce.

What You'll DoPartner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycleManage a high volume of employee relations and case management matters, including investigations, performance management and workplace conduct issuesSupport leaders in navigating Fair Work, policy, compliance and employee relations mattersBuild trusted relationships with frontline operational teams in a complex and fast-moving environmentContribute to the delivery of people initiatives, organisational change programs and transformation projectsSupport workforce planning, talent,



engagement and capability initiatives that drive business performanceCollaborate with Centres of Excellence and broader People teams to deliver strong employee and leader experiencesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement practical solutions that add value to the business What You'll BringStrong HR generalist experience with solid foundations in employee relations and case managementExperience supporting large, operational or frontline workforces within a complex organisationProven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environmentSound understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work principlesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levelsExperience working within a unionised environment will be highly regardedExposure to HR projects, organisational change or transformation programs is advantageousA proactive, resilient mindset and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team About Team Global ExpressTeam Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
