About the RoleAs a Casual RN with TripleCN, you'll provide secure, person-centered, and high-quality care to clients across a range of clinical environments.
You'll work autonomously and collaboratively, leading care delivery, supporting junior staff, and advocating for clients with diverse and complex needs.This is your chance to make a real difference — every shift, every day.What You'll Do
Lead nursing assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making
Administer medications and manage clinical procedures safely and effectively
Support, educate,



and mentor Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and dignity for clients and team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Uphold clinical standards and infection control best practices
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
Strong clinical judgment and leadership capability
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (if working in disability)
Current First Aid & CPR
COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
Reliable transport and willingness to travel locally
Highly Regarded:
Certifications in specialty areas (ICU, mental health, disability, etc.)
Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) or NDIS documentation experience
Digital health or electronic medical record experience
