Working within a collaborative delivery environment, you'll contribute to a major transformation initiative involving cloud technologies, cybersecurity uplift, modern authentication and identity governance.Your new roleAs a Lead Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You'll facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, analyse current and future state processes, support solution design activities and work closely with architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists and stakeholders to deliver modern identity and access management outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessionsEliciting and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirementsProducing process maps, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteriaAnalysing identity lifecycle and access management processesSupporting UAT,
