International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a
hands-on Area Manager to join our Perth team.
The emphasis of this role is to ensure
client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ·Client service management·Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent
long-term client relationships·Managing complaints & disputes·Cleaning team training & management·Conducting current contract start-ups and implementations·Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments·Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non
conforming work is carried out promptly·Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory
level of at least 2 years or more is required.
To be successful in this position, you MUST; ·Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have




EXCELLENT communication skills·Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to
work in Australia indefinitely·Be pro-active in trouble shooting and providing workable
