As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike.About the RoleThis is a casual position, offering approximately 2–3 shifts per week.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers
Acting as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management
Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
Supporting contractors and service providers within the centre
Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment
