The Role:
Be our Store Manager superstar for our The Cairns Store + LEGO/Kaboom concepts.
As a Store Manager at Cairns Airport, you'll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers.
No two days will be the same – and you'll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.
*Salary: $78k-$93k + super based on experience
What You'll Do:✅ Be a customer experience champion – leading by example✅ Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best✅ Manage store operations & performance with accountability✅ Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting✅ Build a positive, respectful team culture✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations✅ Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point
What We're Looking For:✅ Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store✅ Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals✅ Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams✅ A polished, professional presence and positive attitude✅ Proven ability to inspire,



coach and empower team members✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
