We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail family at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time capacity.

What You'll Do:✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift




What We're Looking For:✅ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting✅ Confident communicator and motivator✅ A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome✅ Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure✅ A respectful and team-oriented attitude✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
