Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking a Room Leader to oversee daily operations of the room, set educational standards, and guide a team while building strong relationships with families.
You will ensure the room is secure, well-organised, and prepared for Assessment and Rating under the Learning for Life Curriculum.
You will lead planning, observation, and documentation across the room, champion child safety, and mentor educators and trainees.
