Job Description
Sydney Trains is seeking a Work Group Leader Signals in Clyde, NSW, to lead a Signals Work Group within the Network Maintenance division.
You'll allocate work, supervise frontline teams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while coaching staff for continuous improvement.
The role requires a qualified Signals Electrician (4.3+ level), solid communication skills, and a safety-first approach.
A Medium Rigid or higher truck license is preferred but not essential; this is an on-site, rostered role.
