Job Description
Gloucester City Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager for the Leaving Care Service on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
You will lead and support Personal Advisers, ensuring care leavers are actively involved in assessment and pathway planning to promote successful transitions into adulthood.
You will collaborate with housing, health, education and employment partners to provide coordinated support, drive service improvements, and uphold high-quality practice across the team.
