The Bonobo by Raes is a new luxury hotel destination in the heart of Byron Bay, part of the renowned Raes Group.
As we continue to grow our food and beverage operations, we are particularly keen to connect with experiencedBar Managers and Restaurant Managerswho can help lead our lobby bar, develop our team and establish exceptional service standards.

Current Opportunities
Bar Manager– Lead bar operations, beverage quality, stock control and team development.

Restaurant Manager– Oversee floor operations, service delivery, team training and shift coordination.

Bartenders– Prepare quality cocktails and beverages while delivering excellent guest service.
Baristas– Deliver consistently excellent coffee and welcoming service.

FOH All-Rounders– Support food and beverage service and create memorable guest experiences.
