About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver warm, memorable customer experiences as a Casual Sales Assistant in the retail precinct of the Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a brand that helps patients, visitors and staff celebrate, comfort and connect through the gift of chocolate.
Some of your responsibilities will include:




Working2 to 5 shifts per weekacross a rotating 7-day roster
Supportingmerchandising, stock handling and store presentation
Contributing to ahigh-performing teamfocused on sales targets and service excellence
Representing the brand withconfidence and charisma, delivering thoughtful customer interactions
About You
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years' experiencein retail, hospitality or customer service
Full Australian working rightsand access to reliable transport
Awarm, welcoming personalityand solid interpersonal skills
High attention to detailand a passion for maintaining visual merchandising standards
Availability acrossearly mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
