Job Description
As a Mill Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping the mill running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be working within a busy mill production environment.
Key responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production and milling equipment
Preparing and loading raw materials for production
Conducting regular quality checks and recording production data
Assisting with product sampling, packing, and dispatch
Performing general cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas
Following safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe workplace
Operating Forklifts loading and unloading onto trucks
Operating the Weighbridge
About you
Experience in production, manufacturing, agriculture, or mill operations (preferred but not essential)
A current Forklift Licence (desired but not essential)
Robust attention to detail and focus on safety
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
