Our founder, Aamir Qutub, runs an AI company, speaks on AI to business audiences across Australia and overseas, and has a second book launching in November.
He needs one person to keep all of it moving.
This isn't a typical EA role, and we're not a typical business.

WHO WE ARE
Enterprise Monkey Group helps Australian businesses put AI to work in ways that show up on the P&L;, not just in a demo.
We've been building in Geelong since **** and we're ISO ***** certified.
The group now runs four lines of work:
AI services: we run AI operating systems for businesses with $5M–$200M in revenue
Agentic products: software built on AI agents
An AI community for business owners, launching soon
Keynotes and books: Aamir's first book sold around 25,000 copies, and his speaking has taken him from Geelong boardrooms to the UN AI for Good Summit in Geneva
This role sits at the centre of all four.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run the founder's desk: inbox, calendar, meeting prep and follow-ups.
Our AI tools draft most emails.
You decide what's right, fix what isn't, and send.
Make sure nothing gets dropped: track every proposal, intro and promise until it's done, and chase people, including our own team, so Aamir doesn't have to
Own Aamir's events: venue checks, run sheets, being on the ground on the day, and follow-ups within 48 hours.
Expect a few evenings a month, with time in lieu.
Capture the moments: film Aamir on your phone at events and sessions, and hand the footage to our marketing team




Keep the office running: hold the company card, handle purchases and payments, receipts and Xero entries, suppliers and subscriptions, and set up new starters
Pick up special projects: reviewing what a membership is worth, chasing a publisher, helping run a book launch

As EM Group grows, this role can grow into operations, events or chief of staff.

It's local: real responsibility in Geelong, without the train to Melbourne
YOU'RE PROBABLY RIGHT FOR THIS IF
You've spent 3+ years as the right hand to a founder, CEO, general manager or senior leader in a fast-moving business, and you did a bit of everything
You finish things without being chased
You like change.
Our tools, offers and priorities move quickly, and you'd rather help shape that than wait for a process manual
You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar at work, and you can tell when an AI has got it wrong
You're comfortable with a budget, a company card and basic Xero
You stay calm when three things land at once, and you'll speak up when something isn't working
You hold a driver's licence and you're happy to attend a few evening events a month
