Mt Carlton Gold Mine, located 150kms south-east of Charters Towers— and our client is building a strong maintenance team to drive reliability on site.

We're seeking experiencedHeavy Diesel Fitterswith solid mobile plant exposure who take pride in quality workmanship, safe practices, and keeping gear turning.

Established camp and site infrastructure
Initial labour hire with clear pathway to permanency

Work with a respected mining contractor
You'll be working across a mining mobile fleet, carrying out:
Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance




Breakdown diagnostics and fault finding
Component change-outs and repairs
Hydraulic, engine, transmission and driveline work
Accurate completion of maintenance reporting
What You Bring
Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter
Proven experience on mining mobile plant
Strong knowledge of CAT, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
Commitment to safety and team culture
