Job Description
Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function at a branded hotel in Brighton.
You will own the full employee lifecycle and work with the General Manager and department heads to foster a solid, engaged team culture.
On-site role with a hands-on approach, balancing daily HR operations with longer-term initiatives that drive hotel performance and guest experience.
UK employment law knowledge and CIPD level 5+ are required.
