HR Coordinator
Pinjarra, WA | Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract
We are currently seeking an experiencedHR Coordinatorto join a leading organisation based inPinjarraon an initial6-month contractwith an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver high-quality HR support, administration, reporting, and people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee movements including recent hires, transfers, secondments, and role changes.
Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and frontline leaders.
Assist with the interpretation and administration of company policies, employment conditions, employee benefits, and HR procedures.
Prepare and distribute HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business decision-making.
Support performance and development programs across the site.
Assist with position description development and position evaluation processes.
Coordinate HR communications, employee engagement activities, and information gathering initiatives.
Maintain HR systems, records, and controlled documents, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide administrative support to the wider HR and Learning & Development teams.




Support employee and industrial relations activities within a unionised environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Support role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities with a high level of accuracy.
Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to work effectively with employees, leaders, and external stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry environments will be highly regarded.
