Location:Salem Home Care, Toowoomba, QLD
Remuneration:$***** - $***** p/h (experience dependent) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits.
Role Type:Part Time (Mat Leave Contract) | UntilMarch ****| 60hrs Fortnight
Hours/Shifts:Mon to Fri | Availability on weekends & public holidays as needed | Position may include travel outside of Toowoomba Region

Deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes.
Conduct nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and complete clinical documentation.
Provide clinical advice to clients and families, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence.
Collaborate with Home Care Managers, Coordinators, and external health professionals.
Ensure compliance within Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and Lutheran Services policies.
About You:
CurrentAHPRA registration (Nursing).
Strongclinical assessmentandcare planningskills.




Ideally experienced inhome care & aged careor community nursing.
CurrentFull Australian Driver's Licenceand afully comprehensively insured and reliable vehicle.
Must be willing to drive between locations where required to do so.
Ability tosupportcare partners and support staff withclinical needs.
CurrentNational Police Check(or willing to obtain).
