Job Description
Cire Services is seeking a Reconnect Case Worker to support disengaged learners into education, training, or employment.
The role is part time and grant funded, with a 27-hour week, based in Lilydale, VIC.
You will provide outreach, personalised plans, and coordinated wrap-around supports in collaboration with partners to help participants overcome barriers.
Commitment to child safety and working with young people in Victoria is essential.
