About the role
Join a supportive Community Adult Mental Health Team inRegional VICfor a12-week locum.
You'll deliver trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care, helping adults achieve meaningful outcomes through community and carer engagement.
This role combines clinical expertise with genuine community impact.
You'll:
Deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals.
Manage a diverse caseload using a recovery-focused and trauma-informed approach.
Collaborate closely with carers, support services, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
Skills & experience
Degree-qualified Social Worker (AASWeligible/registered).
Proven experience in adult community mental health.
Strong skills in assessment, treatment, and case management.
Current WWCC and Police Check.
Team-focused, adaptable, and empathetic communicator.
