Job Description
The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is seeking a Solicitor Advocate in Melbourne to appear daily in the Magistrates' and Children's Courts on indictable crime matters.
You will work with instructing solicitors to prosecute high-volume lists, pursue early resolutions, and deliver fair outcomes.
When not appearing, opportunities exist to prosecute contested committals and plea hearings in higher jurisdictions.
