About the Role
As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient movement,



storage and dispatch of customer products within our cold storage facility.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks
Put-away and replenishment of stock
Order picking and inventory movements
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Completing equipment safety checks
Following safe work procedures and reporting hazards
Supporting a positive team culture and helping maintain a clean and organised warehouse
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Current LF High Risk Forklift Licence
Demonstrated forklift operating experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
High reach experience (highly regarded)
Previous cold storage experience (advantageous but not essential)
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a respectful workplace culture
